Our Lifetime Guarantee

Our straps are built to last, but let's face it—nothing lasts forever. Typically, a good quality rubber strap can last up to 3 years if you treat it right. So, here's the deal: we've got your back for life!

If your strap fails within 5 years, we’ll send you a new strap or parts for free. Beyond that, you’ll only need to cover the shipping cost and we’ll take care of the rest. We think that’s a pretty sweet deal!

Is It Worth It?

Definitely! We don’t just cover manufacturing defects—we cover any tears or failures. it’s a no-brainer; your latte would cost more than your strap over a lifetime. Cheers to more worry-free adventures with your trusty strap!

What We Cover

Any manufacturing defects, damages or failures that affects the functionality of the end links and straps which include:

  • Broken strap
  • Torn keeper
  • Torn strap hole
  • Broken buckle
  • Damaged end link

The warranty is non-transferrable and valid only for the original owner, and when purchased through Clockwork Republic directly or an Authorized Reseller.

What’s Not Covered 

Worn marks, cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the strap and end links, discoloration due to normal wear and damages as a result of improper use, accident, abuse or modification.

This warranty does not cover strap won from a giveaway, consumable items such as microfiber cloth and spring bar tool and end tips. These accessories are expected to wear off with daily use.

Other Warranty

All other accessories and the first generation rubber straps are covered by a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship except for normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, accident, abuse or modifications.

  1. Photo or video of the defect(s)
  2. Your name and order details

In the event your replacement item(s) is not in stock or no longer available, we will replace it with item(s) of the same value or issue you a refund.
