Our straps are built to last, but let's face it—nothing lasts forever. So, here's the deal: we're now offering a lifetime guarantee for our rubber straps. If it fails during regular use, we'll replace it for free. 

What does “Lifetime” mean?

Now, when we say "lifetime," we're not claiming it'll stick with you into your Golden Years. It means the expected usable life of the strap with regular use (most brands don’t tell you this). Typically, a good quality rubber strap can last up to 3 years if you treat it right. But here's the kicker—we've got your back for up to 10 years! That's more than three times the usual lifespan. We don’t just cover manufacturing defects, but any failures or breakage as well. We think that's a pretty sweet deal. Cheers to more worry-free adventures with your trusty strap!

What We Cover

Any manufacturing defects, damages or failures that affects the functionality of the end links and straps which include:

  • Broken strap
  • Torn keeper
  • Torn strap hole
  • Broken buckle
  • Damaged end link

The warranty is covered to the original owner and is valid only when purchased through Clockwork Republic directly or an Authorized Reseller.

What’s Not Covered

Worn marks, cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the strap, discoloration due to normal wear and damages as a result of improper use, accident, abuse or modification.

This warranty does not cover strap won from a giveaway, consumable items such as microfiber cloth and spring bar tool and tips. These accessories are expected to wear off with daily use.

Other Warranty

All other accessories and the first generation rubber straps are covered by a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship except for normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, accident, abuse or modifications.

In the event your replacement item(s) is not in stock or no longer available, we will replace it with item(s) of the same value or issue you a refund.
