Shipping Information

All orders will be shipped via standard registered postage (except for express option) within 3 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

All standard registered postage will be handed over to the country’s postal service provider upon reaching the destination custom. Hence, delivery period may vary depending on the country’s postal service provider.

Tracking details may be limited for certain countries due to the postal agreement between the postal service providers.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is shipped. Please allow at least 72 hours from receipt of your email for the carrier to update it into their system.

It may be rare but sometimes parcels can be misplaced or lost in transit. If your parcel has not arrived within 20 business days, please reach out to us at support@clockworkrepublic.com and we will resend it to you.

Custom and Import Charges

Please note that we will not be responsible for any import duties or customs charges imposed by your country. In addition, some orders may experience custom delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over this charges or delays and we are unable to anticipate what they may be. Please contact the Customs Authority in your country for more details.
