We get it. There’s nothing worse than parting with your hard-earned money, only to be disappointed with your purchase. We’ve all been there—the sinking feeling of buyer’s remorse when things don’t turn out as expected.

That’s why we’ve rolled out a game-changing return policy to take the sting out of shopping with us.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Take It for a Spin: Try your new rubber strap for 30 days (or less). Wear it, test it, show it off.
  2. Return, New or Used: If you’re not absolutely thrilled, return it used for a full refund. Yes, you read that right! Used and all.
  3. Shipping Fees: While we’ll gladly refund your purchase price, shipping and return fees are non-refundable. We have to keep some lights on, after all!

    To be eligible, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

    • Within 30 days of receipt
    • New or used
    • Original packaging
    • Non-sale items
    • Only applicable for End Links and Rubber Straps

    Additional non-returnable items:

    • Giveaway/free items
    • Sale items
    • Gift cards


    Others Items

    For all other items the following conditions apply:

    • Within 30 days of receipt
    • New and unused
    • Original packaging
    • Non-sale items

    In the event that any returned item(s) is rejected, we will ship the item(s) back to you. Please note that all shipping cost is non-refundable and shall be borne by the buyer.

    Defective Items

    We are happy to replace/exchange your item(s) if they are found to be defective due to manufacturing defect.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will issue your refund through the same mode of payment that was made for the purchase, within 14 days.

    Shipping fees are non-refundable. We will only refund the delivery shipping fee if the item(s) was found to be defective due to manufacturing defects. Otherwise, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

    Refunded Amount = Final Paid Price - Shipping Fee


    Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your payment card issuing bank. There is often a few days processing period before a refund is posted.

    We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages during the return transit. We strongly advise that you use trackable shipping service for your returns.

    If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately upon purchase. We will not be able to cancel your order once it has been shipped. However, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

    We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
